Laurie Clarke lives in Morgan Hill with her husband and her two
very active kids.  Laurie has been decorating since 1997 and
teaching since 2004.  She enjoys, more than anything, the creative
aspect of decorating - using household items as decorating tools
and re-purposing hardware.  Her specialty is creating edible art
that can be mistaken for the real thing.  Laurie's goal is to teach
aspiring decorators everywhere that not everything is as difficult as
it looks.  A few things are, but it's as important to find the courage
to try them as it is to succeed.

Jauquetta
Jauquetta has painted china for over 30 years and is an accomplished cake decorating artist.  She teaches Wilton classes and
specialty classes at Michaels Arts & Crafts on Tully Road in San Jose.  She will be teaching sculpted cakes, gumpaste
flowers and other specialty classes for SweetCelebrations.US.  
Susan Shaw
Susan has many years of expertise in teaching chocolate work and cake art.  Former owner of The Chocolate Dipper in
Salinas, CA, she has worked with many types of candy and cakes.  She will be teaching candy, tempering chocolate and
other specialty classes.

Captivating Creations Owner/Cake and Cookie Designer.  Barbara is wonderfully creative and very dedicated to works of
sugar art.  She is up-to-the-minute on new ideas, current trends, products and techniques.  She will be teaching Realistic
Gumpaste Flowers, Cookie decorating with Royal Icing and Marshmallow Fondant and Fondant Figures:  People and
Animals.  
Wendy Barron
Wendy is the owner and operator of GeliMex in Hollister, CA.  She is a cake decorator and gelatin artist who sells
wholesale and custom gelatin desserts of all kinds to local businesses and events in the Hollister area.  Her specialty is
flowers suspended in gelatin -- dessert jewels that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.  She will be teaching classes
on how to do gelatina art using a quick and easy method with syringes.

last Wednesday of each month
in various locations at 7:00pm.
